Application

At first, 5 minutes a day is enough. Increase the length of time you lie down to 15 or 20 minutes, depending on how comfortable you are. Use the pillow regularly, preferably daily. Use the Yellow-Head Classic pillow at a fixed time, for example after work. You can warm up the neck region a little beforehand. To do this, lie relaxed on your back, preferably on a yoga mat. The ground should be level. Raise your knees slightly so your lumbar spine is relaxed and in full contact with the floor.

Find the right location. Snuggle up on the pillow, head up on the top, or until your shoulders bump. Let yourself slide down relaxed again. The head is held by the pillow at the base of the skull. The neck thus hangs freely. Bend your cervical spine slightly forward and tilt your chin toward your chest. Please relax and let yourself go. The weight of your own shoulders and upper arms relaxes the neck muscles and stretches them slightly. It's a bit uncomfortable at the beginning, because the often long-standing tensions have to be loosened and released first.

The Yellow-Head Classic is not a sleeping or snoozing pillow. The cushion therapeutically brings the cervical spine into a new position, which the body usually gets used to quickly. It usually takes a while before success is achieved, but tension has also developed over a longer period of time.

Hints

The Yellow Head Pillow is not a pillow for acute headache attacks (especially not for migraines), but it can also be helpful here by calmly relaxing on the pillow with your eyes closed.
